Understanding Your WATTSHIP Tier

WATTSHIP operates on six tiers. Your tier determines which tools you can access, how many operations you can run per month, and your commission rate on marketplace transactions.

The six tiers

Free ($0) — Access to the EV database, basic TCO calculator, incentive mapper, and The War Room (basic comparison). No SOH reports, no auction deciphers. Commission rate: 4%.

Elite Pilot ($4.99/month) — Adds SOH Insight (3 reports/month), Auction Sheet Decipher (1/month), Climate Watch, TOU Rate Sync, Pro-Buyer Protocol, and Fair Price Logic. Commission rate: 3.5%.

Fleet Commander ($19.99/month) — Adds Container Tetris preview, automated expense reporting, Tax Lens, Guardian Hub directory. SOH reports: 15/month. Deciphers: 5/month. Commission rate: 3.5%.

CC Trader ($99.99/month) — Full container packing, Void Space ROI, Live Arbitrage Pulse, Buyer Discovery, HTS Lookup, Competitor Tracking, Freight Rate Manager, Trade Vault, Vessel Pulse. SOH reports: 100/month. Deciphers: 100/month. Commission rate: 3%.

CC Operator ($299/month) — Same toolset as CC Trader with higher team usage limits and priority support.

CC Enterprise ($799/month) — Unlimited operations, dedicated account management, custom integrations.

Quota resets

Monthly quotas (SOH reports, auction deciphers) reset on the 1st of each calendar month at midnight UTC. Unused quota does not carry over.

Checking your current usage

Visit /dashboard to see your current tier badge and quota consumption in the welcome strip. Detailed per-tool quota bars are available at /dashboard/tools.

Cross-border transaction caps

Each tier has a maximum vehicle value for cross-border transactions. This limit is per-transaction, not cumulative. Free/Elite/Fleet Commander: $3,500 USD. CC Trader/Operator: $5,000 USD. CC Enterprise: $7,500 USD. This cap is checked at the VDP level and shown as an eligibility indicator.

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately. Navigate to /pricing or tap “Manage Billing” in /dashboard/settings. Monthly billing renews on the same calendar day each month.
