Trademarks

The WATTSHIP name and logo are marks used by WATTSHIP.

Manufacturer names, vehicle model names, auction-house names (USS, TAA, JAA, JU, Aucnet, HAA, CAA), country flags, currency symbols, and other third-party marks referenced throughout the platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and editorial reference only. Their inclusion does not imply any formal relationship between WATTSHIP and the trademark holder unless explicitly stated.

What you may do

• Use the calculators and tools for your own research and decision-making.
• Cite or quote short excerpts from our blog and help-centre articles with attribution and a link back to the source URL.
• Link to any page on the platform from your own site, blog, or social channels.
• Take screenshots for editorial coverage, reviews, or social discussion.

What you may not do

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell substantial portions of the platform's content, code, or calculator output without written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform — including listing data, auction intelligence, and SOH reports.
• Train machine-learning models on WATTSHIP content without a written licence.
• Pass WATTSHIP content off as your own, or build a derivative competing service from it.

Third-party content

Marketplace listings, dealer profiles, and user-submitted content (deal-room messages, uploaded photos, listing descriptions) remain the property of the user who submitted them. By submitting content to the platform, you grant WATTSHIP a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, host, and process that content for the purposes of operating the marketplace and related services.

Takedown requests

If you believe content on WATTSHIP infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right, send a notice to [email protected] with:

• The URL of the allegedly infringing content on WATTSHIP.
• A description of the original work and where it lives (URL or registration number).
• Your contact information — name, email, and (where required) physical address.
• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised by the rights holder, the holder's agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the holder's behalf.

We review notices within 5 business days. Valid claims trigger removal of the content; we will notify the original submitter so they may file a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was issued in error.
