Upgrading Your Tier

Tier upgrades take effect immediately. Your quota and tool access update the moment your payment is confirmed by Stripe.

How to upgrade

Navigate to /pricing and select your target tier. Click the tier card’s CTA — this opens a Stripe Checkout session. Complete payment with any major credit/debit card or Apple Pay/Google Pay. On successful payment, your tier updates in real time and your Dashboard shows the new tier badge.

What changes immediately

  • Tier badge in Dashboard updates
  • Tool access unlocks: Elite Pilot tools become accessible, quota limits increase
  • Monthly quota resets to the new tier’s limit (you do not consume the mid-month quota from your previous tier)
  • Commission rate on new marketplace transactions drops to your new tier’s rate

Billing date

Your billing date is set to the day you first subscribed. If you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe prorates the difference — you pay the remaining days at the new tier’s rate and your cycle continues from the same date.

Annual vs monthly

Annual plans offer approximately 2 months free versus monthly pricing. Annual billing occurs once per year. Annual subscribers can cancel at any time — unused months are not refunded per the refund policy, but access continues until the period ends.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, not immediately. This means you retain your current tier’s access and quotas until your cycle renews, then drop to the lower tier.

Managing your subscription

All billing management — payment method, invoice history, cancellation — is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal. Access it from /dashboard/settings → “Manage Billing.”
