Overview

The tenth generation Carry was introduced in January 1999. It retained the F6A engine (albeit modernized) and was sold as the DA/DB52 T and V (Carry truck "DB" signifying four-wheel drive). A version with a fuel injected, six-valve F6A turbo engine with 60 PS was available in all models at the time of introduction. The Turbo was discontinued in May 2000 but was then reintroduced after the Carry/Every switched to the new, cleaner K6A engine in September 2001.
